Refund policy

At Fyre Basq (fyrebasq.in), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.


1. Return and Replacement Eligibility

We accept return and replacement under all the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with original box, tags, and packaging.

  • A return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Products:

  • Please share parcel unboxing video or photo proof within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Without unboxing video, no return/replacement will be accepted.

  • Unboxing video must be from the first-time opening (no repacked items).

  • The video must clearly show the shipping label with your name and address.

  • Return & refund is available only for missing or wrong products.

  • Items like beauty products, gifts, customized products, and clearance sale items are not eligible unless damaged/defective.

  • Refund amount will be credited within 3–5 days to original payment method.

  • Replacement/exchange delivery will be completed within 5–7 days.


2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified via Email/WhatsApp regarding approval status.

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible:

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”


4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Share unboxing video or proof within 24–48 hours

  • We will provide a replacement as per availability


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

  • Prepaid order refunds (if cancelled before shipping) will be processed within 3–5 business days


6. Shipping for Returns

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged in most cases

  • Return/Exchange shipping charge up to ₹149 may apply

  • If reverse pickup is not available, customer may need to self-ship
